My name is Keivan. I am a scent designer and flavour specialist.

For over fifteen years I’ve worked in the drinks industry, developing products and exploring the science of flavour. I’ve also studied natural perfumery, bringing scent design into the way I think about drinks and ingredients.

I develop beverages, flavour solutions, and aromatic compositions, and design training that helps professionals understand and work with flavours more clearly. My approach combines applied sensory science with practical experience in drinks and olfaction.

This space collects my notes on flavour, from perception to creation, including the techniques used to extract and build it.
